  • Ocean Spray affiliated companies. We work closely with other companies that fall within the Ocean Spray group. For example, for marketing purposes  
  • Service providers and business partners. We may share your personal information with our service providers and business partners that perform marketing services and other business operations for us or jointly with us. For example, we may partner with other companies to optimise our services
  • Law enforcement agency, court, regulator, government authority or other third party. We may share your personal information with these parties where we believe this is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, or otherwise to protect our rights or the rights of any third party
  • Asset purchasers. We may share your personal information with any third party that purchases, or to which we transfer, all or substantially all of our assets and business. Cookies Policy


Google AdWords is an advertising service provided by Google. We have implemented a feature of Google AdWords referred to as Remarketing, a Remarketing and Behavioral Targeting service, on this website.

The Google AdWords Remarketing feature allows us to collect data relating to the cookies and usage data of visitors to the Ocean Spray website. We collect such data to analyze how visitors engage with our website and to allow us to continue the conversation beyond our site with those who showed interest. By using this data, third-party vendors, including Google, may then show our ads on sites across the Internet. We do not collect or store personally identifiable information about visitors. The data collected via the Google AdWords Remarketing feature is stored on Google’s servers and is accessible by Google. By using this website, you consent to the processing of the data by Google as set out in Google's Privacy Policy as well as Facebook as set out in their Privacy Policy.
